This application ("StratChart") is offered to you on the condition that you accept the following terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") without modification. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using StratChart. By using StratChart, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms of Use. StratChart is owned and operated by StratChart.com ("us", "we" or "our").

1. Changes to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms of Use at any time. We may notify you of changes by displaying them in StratChart or on our website.

2. Changes to StratChart

We may discontinue or change any service, feature, or information in StratChart at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to interruptions of or changes to StratChart.

3. Accuracy of information

All of the information in StratChart is for educational purposes only. While the information is believed to be accurate and the analysis is offered in good faith, none of the information in StratChart should be relied upon as the sole basis for actual investment decisions. None of the information in StratChart is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, useful or timely. StratChart and its third-party providers do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy, completeness, usefulness or timeliness.

4. Ownership of information

All materials published by StratChart, including but not limited to charts, images, tables, illustrations, and other information, are protected by copyright and are owned or controlled by StratChart or third-party providers. You must access the information manually through StratChart's user interface, not through scripts, scraping or other automated means. You may not use the contents for any unlawful purpose.

5. Redistribution of data

Unless otherwise noted, StratChart and all of its content are copyrighted by StratChart.com or our data providers. Except as expressly permitted, you agree not to sell any of the services or materials in any manner or for any purpose without the prior written consent of StratChart. In addition, you shall not make copies of any of the software or documentation that may be provided, electronically or otherwise, including, but not limited to, translating, decompiling, disassembling or creating derivative works, without the prior written consent of StratChart.

6. Permission to use snapshots

StratChart permits all users to use snapshots of StratChart content in analyses, press releases, books, articles, blog posts, social media and other publications, subject to the following conditions. When using snapshots, users must clearly attribute StratChart by including a reference such as "Source: StratChart" or "Charts by StratChart". Snapshots may be used only for non-commercial purposes and must not be used for commercial or advertising purposes. Users may not derive direct or indirect revenue from the use of snapshots. In fairness to us and to other users, you may not use the most recent snapshots repeatedly (for example, daily or weekly) without the prior written consent of StratChart. Any such activity will be considered duplication, and we may take appropriate legal action.

7. Subscriptions

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the terms of payment for Apple in-app subscriptions. If a purchase is made from our iOS app, refunds are possible only in accordance with the App Store policy.

All subscriptions renew automatically. You can turn off automatic renewal in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to the subscription until then. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

8. Disclaimer regarding content

We cannot and do not represent or guarantee that any of the information available in StratChart is accurate, reliable, current, complete or appropriate for your needs. All services and information are provided "as is".

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold StratChart and related individuals harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit, modify or otherwise make available through the StratChart services, your use of the StratChart services, your connection to the StratChart services, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Market data

The charts and tables in StratChart are computed from the daily closing values of market indices obtained from publicly available sources. The data may contain errors, omissions or delays.
