1. About this policy
We are StratChart.com ("StratChart", "we" or "us"). This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you use the StratChart app and this website, and how we use it. By using StratChart, you agree to this privacy policy. If you do not agree, please stop using StratChart.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us
When you send a message from the Contact Us form in the app, we receive the following:
- Your email address (only if you enter it, so that we can reply)
- The type of inquiry and your message
- An anonymous user ID issued by our subscription service (RevenueCat), and whether you have a subscription
- Your device model, operating system version and app version
We use this information only to reply to you and to investigate problems. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message.
Collected automatically when you use the app
- Usage statistics (Google Firebase Analytics): the screens you view, events such as opening the subscription screen, device and app information, an app instance ID, and an approximate location (such as country) inferred from your IP address. We use this to understand how the app is used and to improve it. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics): when the app stops unexpectedly, information about where it stopped, your device model, operating system version, app version and an installation ID. We use this to fix problems.
- App integrity checks (Google Firebase App Check, using Apple's App Attest): information that confirms requests come from the genuine StratChart app. We use this to protect our data from abuse.
- Purchases (RevenueCat): an anonymous user ID and your purchase and subscription history from the App Store. We use this to provide the subscription.
This information is not linked to your name or email address.
Stored only on your device
Your settings (such as the appearance setting) and downloaded chart data are stored on your device and are not sent to us.
3. What we do not do
- We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
- We do not show advertising.

4. Payments
